HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer a standard shipping service at $12.95, and an Express Shipping option for $19.95. We are proud to provide FREE standard shipping on all orders over $250. International shipping charges vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Once your order has left our warehouse, standard delivery usually takes up to 7 business days. Please allow an additional 5 business days for any personalized or custom-tailored items. International deliveries may take longer depending on the destination.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, AL HAYBA will send you a shipping notification email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 4 hours for the tracking link to become active in the courier’s system.

DELIVERY AT HOME OR WORK

If you are not available to receive your order, our courier partners will follow their standard protocol (leaving a card for collection or a safe drop if applicable). Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND FEES

All orders are processed in our base currency but exclude local taxes of the destination country. Because customs policies vary widely, international orders may be subject to local customs charges and import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. AL HAYBA cannot mark international orders as a "gift" to bypass these fees. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

DISPATCH TIMELINE

  • All orders are dispatched from Sunday to Thursday.

  • Standard orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 business days.

  • During high-demand sale periods, please allow up to 7 days for preparation.

  • We aim to ensure that the total preparation + delivery period does not exceed 9-12 business days for standard orders.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a different address. Please double-check your details at checkout. AL HAYBA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier issues, severe weather, or other external factors beyond our control.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY

AL HAYBA (Alhayba.co) will not be liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by you and not returned to us, AL HAYBA is under no obligation to resend the order.
