Refund policy

At AL HAYBA, we take pride in the quality of our craft. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and exchanges.

RETURN POLICY SUMMARY

  • Faulty Items Only: Returns are only accepted for FAULTY items within 14 days of receipt.

  • No Refunds for Change of Mind: AL HAYBA reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind after the order has been delivered.

  • Return ≠ Automatic Refund: All returns undergo a quality check before a refund or store credit is issued.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • ✔ Returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • ✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • ✔ Unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags/labels attached.

  • ✔ Free from any scents (perfume/deodorant) or marks (makeup).

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To initiate a request, please email us at sales@alhayba.info with your Order Number and photos of the fault. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping:

  • The safety of the goods is your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Ensure the package is clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS".

  • Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

  • Processing Time: Once received, returns take up to 7 working days to process (longer during peak periods).

  • Payment: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. It may take 10-14 days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.

  • Promotional Bundles: If the item was part of a "Buy One Get One" or a bundle, all items in that bundle must be returned to receive a full refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 2 working days of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at sales@alhayba.info for cancellations. If the order is already shipped, you must follow the standard return procedure.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

  • Color Accuracy: While we use professional photography, please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and studio lighting.

  • Sizing: Our sizing chart is a guide. We encourage you to check measurements carefully at Alhayba.co before ordering.

  • Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses a delivery (due to customs taxes or other reasons), AL HAYBA reserves the right to deduct shipping costs (both ways) and any duties from the final refund.
